The Island Group will develop a large-scale mixed-use project in Limassol, Cyprus including an international school, business park and residential units.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Architect to join our Project Development Management Team, playing a key role in coordinating architectural projects from design to delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project architects and managers by ensuring smooth communication across teams, maintaining design integrity, and assisting in project execution. This role is perfect for those looking to develop skills in project coordination, stakeholder management and construction oversight within the Cypriot market.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Documentation
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
Prepare and update architectural drawings and documentation for client approvals, procurement and sales purposes (e.g., marketing brochures, client presentations)
Assist in permitting processes in coordination with the Statutory Architects and Authorities for timely approvals.
Liaise with consultant teams to provide support in design coordination during all project phases.
Supervise and coordinate client driven changes.

Design & Construction Support:
Provide design and quality support to construction management teams
Attend site inspections to monitor compliance with design and specifications

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
Act as a bridge between architects, engineers, contractors and clients, facilitating clear communication.
Liaise with managers, supervisors, and other team members to align on project goals, deadlines and targets.
Organize and document meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up on action items and target dates.

Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Architecture (CSTC recognized or equivalent)
3-5 years of experience in Architecture and construction
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit workflows
Understanding of Cyprus Building Regulation and permitting processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent communication in English
ETEK registration
